New site for all previous posts and new ones! – it-learn.io

Launching it-learn.io

Welcome to the first and official post for it-learn.io – This post is just the vision of this site and what the creators (me) are looking to accomplish.

I’m thrilled you are here; as you may see previous posts you have read before from me(Andres Sarmiento), some posts from 2014 until 2020. After giving it a lot of thought, I decided to consolidate my previous collabengineer.com and cybersecengineer.com sites into one that makes sense and covers pretty much all areas of Technology.

If you know me and have been close in the past few years, I have been involved in multiple technology transformations. What started as a UC and Collaboration career has morphed into multiple things that I have felt comfortable doing, from the basics of Enterprise Networks to Collaboration to Network Security and then Cloud.

Technology is complex

It is, but it doesn’t have to be. Curiosity is the key main thing that has kept me hooked on technology. Thinking differently and trying to make something work are few things that I enjoy.

Why it-learn.io

Blogging has been the one tool that I’ve used to get closer to people. I have had the pleasure to meet many people doing technology, and it has been an interesting ride.

What you should expect from it-learn.io

The inclusion of multiple series of technologies that I’m interested in. I work on multiple personal projects, and I wish I had more time to document all my findings. As I hit walls, I’m pretty sure many of you out there have encountered the same issues. So I’d like to document them and publish them online for others to learn from my findings.

Eventually, this site will become a site where many of you hit to look for answers to common tech issues and hopefully find those answers.

The plans for it-learn.io

Create and work on multiple short courses that help others get into IT, Projects, and blueprints to implement certain solutions. Eventually, it will help many learn and understand concepts to complete and pass certification exams.

Finally, it-learn.io will become a place where experts can create and publish courses for others to learn and grasp technology concepts.

Looking Forward

Many great ideas and lots of innovation are coming soon as the content is being created/developed. Stay tuned, and thank you for reading!
