Just wanted to throw it out here, not sure if you have had the same experience but finding Study material for this exam has been very hard for me, currently I’m looking at the INE Voice ATC. they look great but I see a bunch of irrelevant information as of now compared to the new blueprint on the exam.
So far I have studied the following topics:
– QoS
– Cisco UC on UCS
– Some of Gateways
– CUCM
– Unity COnnection
– UCCX, I feel very comfortable with this one, I hope I’m not being too confident!!!
– IM & Presence, trust me I have spen so much time on this one that I think I can integrate this guy with my eyes closed.
I feel very week on the Video piece of the exam and also the new features that are replacing SAF on Version 9.1
I booked my Written exam on May 20th at the Cisco Live event in San Francisco but I’m a bit scared with the results. I will keep it up and post results if any.
